The collection includes contemporary flavors such as Dubai Pistachio, inspired by pistachio and kunafa chocolate, alongside Chocolate Almond, Ube Coconut, and Baked Ube Paste with Salted Egg Yolk. At Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts, Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise pairs mooncake-making traditions with Filipino craftsmanship in its Bright Full Moon collection. The mooncakes come in handcrafted woven bags made by Filipino artisans, rags2richesinc, designed as lasting keepsakes that can be carried beyond the gifting season thoughtfully curated for sustainable FIlipino fashion.

The Traditional Baked selection features White Lotus with Salted Egg, Red Bean, and Five Nuts, while the Boutique range explores Peach Oolong, Milk Tea, Chestnut, Chinese Bacon, Salted Egg Pork Floss, and Black Sesame. Hotel Okura Manila at Newport World Resorts, a MICHELIN Guide-listed hotel, draws from a century-old Japanese wrapping tradition for its returning Akizuki Mooncake Collection. Named after the Japanese term for “Autumn Moon,” the collection comes in a white box wrapped in red furoshiki bearing the traditional shippo, or “seven treasures,” pattern, whose interlocking circles symbolize enduring bonds and good fortune across generations.
