The words “Filipino hotdogs” may conjure up images of the bright red, grocery store bought sausages that can be seen everywhere from the breakfast table, to carinderias, to virtually every kid’s birthday party. They’re so ubiquitous to contemporary Filipino life that our version of spaghetti won’t be complete without chunks of red hotdogs.
