1. Eligibility
1.1 The promo is open to all guests who have purchased valid tickets to Shrek The Musical at the Newport Performing Arts Theater within the promo period.
1.2 The promo is valid only for on-site redemption at participating merchants within Newport World Resorts.
2. How to Avail
2.1 Customers must present their Shrek The Musical ticket at participating hotel and dining establishments within Newport World Resorts to avail of the discount.
2.2 The discount applies only on the show date indicated on the ticket.
2.3 Tickets will be stamped or signed by the participating merchant upon redemption to prevent reuse.
2.4 One (1) ticket entitles the bearer to one (1) redemption per item offering from each participating merchant.
2.5 Customers must sign the merchant’s monitoring list upon redemption for validation purposes.
3. Offer Details
3.1 Participating hotels and dining outlets may offer up to 60% discount on selected green-themed menu items or existing green food and drinks (e.g., pasta, smoothies, pastries, etc.).
3.2 Discounts and menu inclusions are set at the discretion of each participating merchant.
3.3 Discounts are not convertible to cash or gift certificates and cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or privilege cards.
3.4 The offer is valid for dine-in transactions only unless otherwise stated by the merchant.
4. Redemption and Monitoring
4.1 Participating merchants must maintain a record of all redeemed tickets and customer monitoring lists for validation by Newport World Resorts.
4.2 Monitoring lists will be collected by the Newport World Resorts Marketing Department monthly throughout the promo period.
4.3 Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or honored for promo redemption.
5. General Conditions
5.1 All participating merchants will be featured in official Newport World Resorts marketing materials, including digital and property-wide collaterals.
5.2 Newport World Resorts reserves the right to verify the validity of any transaction and to refuse redemption if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.3 The decision of Newport World Resorts and participating merchants on all matters pertaining to the promo is final and binding.
