GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The passengers shall be deemed to have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions, Reminders, Policies, and Mechanics for the availment and use of Newport World Resorts’ (“NWR”) Shuttle Service, and to have expressly agreed to follow, be bound by, and to comply therewith at all times.

The passengers shall board and disembark NWR shuttles only at designated sites. While in the designated sites and while onboard the shuttle, the passengers shall strictly abide by the applicable policies (Inbound Shuttle Boarding Policy, Outbound Shuttle Boarding Policy, and such other policy that may hereinafter be issued) governing the use of NWR’s Shuttle Service found in NWR’s website.

ALL SHUTTLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH CAMERAS THAT RECORD AUDIO AND VIDEO. By availing of NWR’s Shuttle Service, the passengers allow the recording and use of their image, voice, likeness, and/or appearance while inside the shuttle and designated sites in accordance with NWR’s policies.

By availing of NWR’s Shuttle Service, the passengers hold NWR (its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates), its transportation service provider, and their directors, stockholders, officers, and employees absolutely free and harmless from any requests, claims, demands, and/or cause/s of action arising out of, or related to, any loss or damage to property, injury or death resulting from any accident or from the fault or negligence of the passenger or that of a third party while boarding, riding, and/or disembarking the shuttle.

NWR Management reserves the right and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant who violates any part of the General Terms and Conditions, Reminders, Policies, and Mechanics, or in cases of fraud, system errors, and force majeure. In case of any dispute, the decision of NWR Management shall be final, binding, and unappealable.

NWR’s Shuttle Service is a complimentary service provided to its members who qualify based on the requirements set in the General Terms and Conditions, Reminders, Policies, and Mechanics. In no case shall there be any fee to be collected from members in order to avail of NWR’s Shuttle Service.

NWR Management reserves the right to modify or change the General Terms and Conditions, Reminders, Policies, and Mechanics, or the right to withdraw any promotional offer relating to NWR’s Shuttle Service at any time without prior notice.
OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS

A First-Come, First-Served policy in each prioritization category will be followed for each trip. No reservations shall be allowed. Spill-over passengers or passengers left behind from the previous trip/s will be subject to similar prioritization categories for the subsequent trips. Prioritization rules shall apply even with late arrival of shuttles due to causes beyond the control of NWR such as heavy traffic, road obstruction, emergencies, and the like.

The passengers agree that they shall present their NWR Membership Card (if member) or any valid government-issued ID (if non-member) before they may be allowed to board the shuttles. Additional requirements may be required for riding the shuttle aside from the NWR Membership Card or valid government-issued ID at the sole discretion of NWR Management.

Shuttles may leave ahead of schedule once full.

Passengers are strictly prohibited from consuming any type of food and/or beverages while on board the Shuttle. They shall likewise be strictly prohibited from smoking cigars, cigarettes and e-cigarettes while on board the Shuttle.

Newport World Resorts reserves the right to bar, temporarily or permanently, the following passengers:

Those under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal/dangerous drugs;

Those exhibiting violent or unruly behavior or contributing to a disruptive atmosphere;
-
Those exhibiting annoying, offensive, or inappropriate behavior;
-
Those who are evidently using the shuttle as immediate connectivity to another location or those using the shuttle network to transfer from one station destination to another;
-
Those evidently using the shuttle to pass time such as sleeping or sitting idly without any intention of disembarking;
-
Those who are unsanitary, unhygienic, unclean, or unpleasant/offensive to the senses;
-
Those carrying items or packages that may inconvenience other guests including those which are bulky or emitting foul odors;
-
Those carrying items or packages which are hazardous, harmful, explosive, flammable, dangerous, illicit, or illegal;and
-
Other analogous circumstances.

The purchase or redemption dates should be the date of boarding.
Note that minors or those who are below twenty-one (21) years of age shall not be allowed to enter the gaming premises of NWR.

Minors boarding the shuttles must be accompanied by an adult at all times. They shall not be required to present NWR Membership Cards.
The priority privilege of those falling under categories A & B is not transferrable or shareable to their companions. Those falling under categories A & B may either:
- Avail of the priority privilege applicable only to him/her; or
- Voluntarily give up the priority privilege, in which case he/she and his/her companion will both be entitled to ride based on the remaining applicable prioritization category

For Intrazonal and Interzonal travels between an area with a higher alert level classification and an area with a lower alert level, the safety health protocols that will be implemented will be from the higher alert level.
*An individual shall be considered fully vaccinated if he/she has received the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine or a single-dose vaccine at least two (2) weeks prior to using the Shuttle Service.
