Diamond, Titanium and VIP Invite - Members are free of charge and shall present their Epic Rewards cards prior boarding NWRIDE vehicle.
“NWRIDE 5 EP/10 EP/15 EP ONE-WAY PASS”
- Platinum, Rose Gold, Gold and Crystal members may avail of the NWRIDE ONE-WAY PASS via Epic Rewards Mobile App or Kiosk with no limit.
- Deduction varies from 5, 10 and 15 Epic Points for a one-way ride depending on the origin/destination of the Epic Rewards member.
- To redeem, 5 EPIC POINTS will be deducted if the member will travel either to/from Manila, 10 EPIC POINTS either to/from Cavite and 15 EPIC POINTS either to/from Laguna or Batangas.
- Claimed and redeemed NWRIDE ONE-WAY PASS is non-transferable.
- NWRIDE ONE-WAY PASS is valid for 7 days from the date of claiming.
"NWRIDE 10 EP/15 EP/20 EP FRIENDSHIP PASS"
- Diamond, Titanium, Platinum, Rose Gold, Gold and Crystal members may present a transferable pass for Three (3) carded companions with corresponding Epic Points deduction.
- Deduction varies from 10, 15 and 20 Epic Points for a one-way ride depending on the origin/destination of the Epic Rewards member.
- To redeem, 10 EPIC POINTS will be deducted if the member will travel either to/from Manila, 15 EPIC POINTS either to/from Cavite and 20 EPIC POINTS either to/from Laguna/Batangas.
- NWRIDE FRIENDSHIP PASS is transferable.
- NWRIDE FRIENDSHIP PASS is valid for 7 days from the date of claiming.
"NWRIDE NEW MEMBER PASS”
- Epic Rewards New Sign-up is entitled for Two (2) free trips and will expire after 24 hours from the date of sign-up if unclaimed.
- Claimed and redeemed NWRIDE NEW MEMBER PASS is non-transferable.
- NWRIDE NEW MEMBER PASS may be claimed at Epic Rewards App or Kiosk with 7 days validity from the date of claiming.

OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS

There are 11 locations within Metro Manila and nearby provinces to be used as pick-up/drop-off locations for the NWRIDE. These locations are subject to change based on the periodic reviews.
The NWRIDE will run on a fixed schedule daily and run on a point-to-point basis, between the identified stations within Metro Manila and its nearby provinces. No drop-off or pick-up in between.
A Toyota Grandia with maximum capacity of 10 passengers will be used as the NWRIDE vehicle.
The passengers agree that they shall present their Epic Rewards card and NWRIDE voucher(s) or e-voucher(s) before they may be allowed to board the NWRIDE vehicle.
Additional requirements may be required prior boarding the NWRIDE aside from the Epic Rewards card or valid government-issued ID and (E)voucher at the sole discretion of NWR Management.
In order to establish boarding priority, a cut-off time of five (5) minutes prior the scheduled ETD is set. No reservations shall be allowed.
Once Epic Rewards member priority is determined and the NWRIDE vehicle is full, it may depart at the specified cut-off time.
Spill-over passengers or passengers who were left behind from the previous trip(s) will be subject to similar prioritization categories on the subsequent trips on a first come, first served basis.
Prioritization based on Epic Rewards card category shall apply with late arrival of NWRIDE vehicle due to causes beyond control of NWR such as heavy traffic, road obstruction, emergencies, and the likes.
Order of priority is as follows: 1.Diamond, 2.Titanium, 3.VIP Invite, 4.Platinum, 5.Rose Gold, 6.Gold, 7.Crystal and 8. Crystal - New Member.
Boarding Prioritization will be the basis for Epic Rewards members who can ride the NWRIDE vehicle since there is a limit in the number NWRIDE's vehicle capacity.

Epic Rewards Member’s Boarding Prioritization is based on below conditions:

EPIC REWARDS MEMBER AND COMPANION WITH FRIENDSHIP PASS MUST BE TOGETHER WHEN PRESENTING E-VOUCHERS AND EPIC REWARDS CARDS AT THE SHUTTLE LOUNGE, IF COMPANION BEARS A PAPER VOUCHER, PRESENCE OF VIP IS NO LONGER REQUIRED.

Travel items must not exceed the size of a hand carry.
No pets allowed.
Passengers are strictly prohibited from consuming any type of food and/or beverages while on board the NWRIDE vehicle.
They shall likewise be strictly prohibited from smoking cigars, cigarettes and e-cigarettes while on board the NWRIDE vehicle.
Newport World Resorts reserves the right to bar, temporarily or permanently, the following passengers:

Those under the influences of alcohol and/or illegal/dangerous drugs;
Those exhibiting violent of unruly behavior or contributing to a disruptive operation;
Those exhibiting offensive or inappropriate behavior;
Those evidently using the NWRIDE vehicle to pass time such as sleeping or sitting idly without any intention of disembarking;
Those who are unsanitary, unhygienic, unclean, or unpleasant/offensive to the senses;
Those who are carrying items or packages which are hazardous, harmful, explosive, flammable, dangerous, illicit, or illegal; and
Other analogous circumstances.
