MECHANICS:
 

1. HOW TO JOIN

• This promotion is open to all qualified NWR Crystal to Epic cardholders who are in good standing throughout the promo period and are at least 21 years old and above. 

• The promotion is available for Promo Points earned daily from 4:00 AM to 3:59 AM the next day during the promotion period.
   

2. EARNING FOR DAILY & MONTHLY MILESTONE REWARDS
    

• EARNING FOR DAILY REWARDS

• Promo Points earned within the day correspond to reward tiers. Points reset daily at the end of each gaming day. The promotion is available for Promo Points earned daily (excluding TH & BN) from 4 AM to 3:59 AM the next day.

• Promo Points earned determine the daily reward tier. A total of 14 tiers can be unlocked by the member. 
   

• TWO WAYS TO EARN FOR MONTHLY MILESTONE REWARDS

• (1) Earn Stars from Daily Play. Members earn 1 Star for each Daily Reward Tier they unlock based on the Promo Points earned. 

• Up to 12 Lucky Stars can be earned per day by reaching multiple reward tiers. 

• Example: 

✓ 200 PP → 1 Star

✓ 500 PP → 1 Star

✓ 1,000 PP → 1 Star

✓ 1,250 PP → 1 Star

= 4 Stars earned in one day
 

• Stars Accumulate Monthly. Stars reset daily but are tracked cumulatively across the month. 

  • Maximum of 12 stars per day or up to 360 Stars in a 30-day month. 

• Stars collected can be viewed on the Epic Rewards app.
   

• (2) Stars Express Track  for participants who earn 250,000 PP or more.

• Members can earn only one monthly milestone reward. Daily play stars are cleared upon qualifying for the Star Express Track.

4. Terms & Conditions

• Prizes must be claimed from the Epic Rewards app or kiosk.

•  Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Reward Redemption Period:

• Upon claiming of vouchers, the following validity period shall apply.

• Member conversion procedure for Free Play Points to Promotional Chips.

• Member to swipe card and select Free Play Points Conversion to Free Play

• Member will select the chip denomination

• Kiosk will dispense printed voucher

• Member will present voucher with QR code at Cage

• Cage to issue the entitlement. 

• In the event that a member was able to redeem the highest daily entitlement prior to redeeming the lower reward tiers, the member may still claim all the lower tiers provided that it is still within the redemption period.

• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. 

• Any unused amount of the entitlement will be forfeited. 

• In case of dispute, the decision of NWR shall be final, binding and unappealable. 

• The management reserves the right to withhold and/or cancel the awarding of electronic vouchers in cases of fraud, system errors, force majeure and acts of God.

• Newport World Resorts reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and withdraw any offer stated herein without prior notice.
