Terms and Conditions
- HSBC Premier x Newport World Resorts Promotion (“Promo”) is open to HSBC Premier Mastercard, HSBC Premier Travel Card, and HSBC Premier Debit Card cardholders during the Promo Period whose cards are issued in the Philippines (“Cardholder”). HSBC Premier Mastercard or HSBC Premier Travel Card Cardholders must be in good credit standing. For avoidance of doubt, an HSBC credit card is in good credit standing if there is no reason for HSBC to restrain, suspend, cancel, withdraw or terminate the card pursuant to the HSBC Credit Card Terms and Conditions as well as Legal and Compliance Policy considerations.
- Promo runs from May 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
- Cardholders can enjoy a discount when they meet the eligibility requirements of the respective Newport World Resorts (“NWR”) establishments within the Promo Period (“Offer”). The discount and eligibility requirement per NWR establishment can be found in item 5.
- Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC Premier Mastercard, HSBC Premier Travel Card, or HSBC Premier Debit Card to enjoy the Offer.
- The Offer is available at the following NWR establishments with their respective eligibility requirements. Cardholders must meet the following eligibility requirements at each respective NWR establishment to avail the Offer:
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions and discounted items, unless specified.
- The Offer is not available on Mother’s Day (May 10, 2026) and on Father’s Day (June 21, 2026).
- The Offer is non-transferable.
- The Offer cannot be applied retroactively.
- Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply in their purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other goods and services.
- HSBC is not a supplier of the products and services provided in relation to the Offer of the Promo. Any dispute concerning the quality of goods and services provided by the respective NWR establishments shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the respective NWR establishments.
- The Promo is bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by HSBC and NWR.
- Disputes with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be resolved by HSBC in concurrence with DTI.
- The Terms and Conditions listed herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
