How to Update Your Account Details & Claim Your Reward 
 

• Log In: Insert your membership card into the kiosk machine.
• Access Profile: Tap the My Account icon. Your profile details (email address and mobile number) will be displayed.
• Note: If these fields are blank, your profile is currently incomplete.
• Edit Account: Tap Update Info. The "Edit Account" screen will appear, showing three fields: Membership PIN, Mobile Number, and Email.
• Select Field: Choose the specific detail you wish to update.
• Input Changes: Manually type in your new mobile number or email address.
• Verification (Birthdate): For security, enter your birthdate exactly as it appears in the system.
• Verification (OTP): Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your updated mobile number or email.
• Confirmation: A success message will appear: "Your Mobile/Email has been updated." > Important: Log out and log back into the kiosk to refresh the system.
• Access Rewards: Tap the My Offers icon. 
• Locate Promotion: Scroll through the list, find the Update & Get Rewarded offer, and tap View. 
• Review Voucher: The voucher details will appear on the screen. 
• Note: Reward details vary depending on which channel (mobile or email) was updated. 
• Final Verification: Enter your 6-digit account PIN to claim the reward. 
• Completion: A success message will display, and your physical reward voucher will print automatically from the kiosk.
